The Strange Adventures of Turquiose Moonwolf

Gerri R Gray

A phenominal bizarro novel from From the author of The Amnesia Girl!

Fasten your seat belt for a roller coaster ride into the bizarre!

In Turquoise's first strange adventure (Twisted Teepee), a tornado carries Turquoise Moonwolf off in a teepee trading post to a bizarre world of human oddities after incompetent Grandfather Fukowee's rain dance goes awry.

Pursued by an evil shape-shifter and accompanied by two escapees from a circus sideshow (one a human ferret and the other a strongman with an abnormally long penis), Turquoise's only hope of returning home is a mysterious medicine man. But a plethora of perils lie in wait along the twisted red road she must follow to get to his reservation.

When Turquoise and an assembly of very weird relatives arrive at the Chateau Catatonia for the reading of eccentric Aunt Uvula's will, sanity takes a holiday. The chaos that erupts in this second strange adventure (Wigwam, Thank You Ma'am) is further compounded by an explosion at a nearby chemical plant that mutates the residents of an adjoining nudist colony into flesh-eating hippies. Wearing nothing but love beads and ravenous appetites, the cannibals run amuck.

Will Turquoise become an heiress of a bed and breakfast, or a menu item of a naked lunch?

In Turquoise's third and final strange adventure (No Happy Medium), Grandfather Fukowee undergoes a bizarre transformation during an exorcism gone wrong and Turquoise is kidnapped by conjoined twins, Russ and Ross Gonzalez, each of whom have changed their first name to Tania after becoming self-brainwashed revolutionaries of the Siamese Liberation Army. However, things get even worse for Turquoise when a wormhole created by a strange comet sucks her into a perilous parallel world.
